Garden State Esports transforms students’ passion for gaming into career readiness opportunities by using esports as the vehicle to deliver Work-Based Learning (WBL) opportunities to schools and students. Our program provides hands-on experiences that align with New Jersey’s career readiness standards, equipping students with real-world skills in the Arts, Entertainment, and Design & STEM career clusters.
Our work-based learning opportunities follow a continuum that begins with after-school programs and instructional-day experiences, empowering schools to develop their own initiatives. It culminates in real-world, hands-on experiences where students and programs collaborate directly with GSE and industry professionals at the statewide and national levels.
